In the short term, unless you apply for a new job that we've advertised after January 2015, there's no change. If however, you have applied to use after January 2015, you'll gain access to our iintegra powered systems.

When will you get paid?

We run payroll on a Wednesday and will arrange for your pay to be put directly into your bank account by BACS on Friday morning (a bank holiday may result in alternative pay date). You will be emailed a link to view your payslip on line, this is available on our website if using a desktop computer. If you are using a mobile device you will need to download the ITempaid app. Please let us know immediately if any of your personal details change.


What work will you be paid for?

FlexPlus operates a system that starts on a Sunday and finishes at mid-night on Saturday. You will be paid for that week’s work on the following Friday. For certain clients the working week finishes on the Sunday night, but you will be told if that is the case.

At what rate will you be paid?

When you accept an assignment you will be told the rates of pay at that client site. Not all clients have the same rates or overtime arrangements. Make sure you have understood this information when you are contacted about a job.

Timesheets and signing in and out

When you are asked to go to a client please make sure you have clearly understood the timesheet/signing in requirements. We have minimal payroll issues, but failing to follow the client's signing in and out procedure is the single most common problem that causes a delay in the payment of your wages. We can only pay you for work that our client has authorised.

Tax and National Insurance.

FlexPlus rigidly applies the UK tax rules.

When you start work with us, you must provide us with your NI number (or proof that you have applied for one). It speeds things up if you can provide a current P45. If not, you must complete a P46 which you can obtain from FlexPlus.

If you have problems with your tax code, you must contact the tax office directly on 0300 2003300. Our reference is 190/JA 31565.

Sick, Maternity, Paternity and other pay schemes.

FlexPlus operates these government schemes provided that you have met the relevant criteria. It is important that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to claim.
