At FlexPlus we are on a mission. We want to help our customers get flexible and share some of the great things we do here to make our work easier and more efficient. For nearly twenty years we have been improving our skills, our systems and our software to deliver what our customers expect and pay for, which in turn keeps us employed alongside our flexible workforce. We know who the customer is and we know how to help them improve their recruitment processes.

We really do some smart stuff here, our web advertising service is designed to reduce recruitment costs for our customers but in the process added in an applicant tracking tool to actually help them control applicant flow and keep all the cv’s in one place. In the background we're processing thousands of CV’s efficiently and communicating with our workforce of today and tomorrow using all the latest tools including Sms, Twitter and Facebook within our own talentpool network.

We have some new tools to help our customers manage their HR records, absenteeism, sickness and performance and we have teamed up with a leading information provider of HR related information to keep you better informed about employment legislation and workplace trends.

During the recession we also had to learn to be leaner, more flexible and respond to the pressures without damaging our service capability. We downsized, we cut costs, we utilised our human resources in a smarter way and we flexed our work patterns to accommodate not only our business needs, but that of our people. Today we're fitter, leaner and ready to grow our business by being flexible and adaptive to rapid change.

The really big thing we do though is help reduce our customers employment risk through good recruitment practise and process, by providing alternative employment strategies and contract types and by assisting in the workplace to enhance productivity. The sum of which reduces employment costs and improves business flexibility.

We could say more in this space but we believe that actions always speaks louder than words and delivering excellent service with enthusiasm and energy for our customers is what FlexPlus is about.
